Question on my wheel backspacing

I'm not sure if I am puting this in right spot or not. I am building a 85 C10 shortbed 2wd. It's getting baged, z'ing the frame and cupping lower control arms. I am either running 22"x 9.5"or 24"x9.5" wheels. What back spacing is everyone running to get your wheels to tuck and not hit my fenders? Would 6" be enough? Thanks in advance.

Re: Question on my wheel backspacing

Hello and Welcome. Didn't want you to think your question wasn't important. I think 6" would work but 5" would be ideal.
But you should awalys measure for yourself to be sure.
