Pictures of my trucks, I finally figured it out!
Here is my favorite..........'69 GMC 3500 with the 305 V-6 and backed by a 4spd! Great truck, its my favorite!
Here is my '71 C-20 with a 350 and "3 on the tree" which I love..........Decent truck, I am the third owner.........I like to find a K-20 with a 292 and a 4spd to replace it as the farm truck My brother's '69 with a 250 six and "Three on the tree"(now on the floor).........The cab is really rotted so it is a farm truck now, Hopefully we'll have it painted soon so it looks decent for when we get the farm tags for it next spring I thought maybe someone would like to see them..........

I love that GMC truck. Is that a hydraulic tilt bed that works off a PTO?

Thanks guys! Nice to hear something other than "Why don't you buy a newer pick-up"
Yep, the GMC has a hydraulic bed lift that is driven off the PTO........Works good, although the pump is getting a tad weak(From picking up all those "Over-Loads" I haul with it )........I had newer side boards on it, but I took them off since I kept bashing them up........

My Neighbor had a 305 V-6. Felt bad for him, it threw a rod and destroyed the block. He had no luck finding another one and went with a Goodwrench 350. At least He's back on the road.

Very Nice group you got there. Long time since I seen a stack exhaust, especially with a 6.

from what i have always seen an inline 6 would last forever and then some and it could outwork most v8s but my grandad had a 66gmc with the 305 in it and it still runs and drives almost like new and never rebuilt. oh and if you think a 305 v6 is huge you have never seen the even more rare 351v6 or the 702 twin6 v12 that gmc used in the 60s

Them V-6's don't have too much hp, just torque out the a$$!!!!!!! Great engines, as I said, wish I could find a 3/4 ton with one to replace my '71 C-20 with the 350...............Tired of almost having to get out any push going up our mountains pulling kicker wagons
Oh, got a 4" chrome stack coming for the C-10..............Put that stack on there last fall to use it to pull a hay rake to rake corn stalks(Man, just TOO cold to sit on a open station tractor!)...............Going to repaint it metallic black, just to make it look alittle better while travelling between farms Although, it does attract alot of attention with the 250 6 straight piped out through a stack!!!!!!!!!! Man, does it scream!!!!!!!
