What shocks are you running?

It is time for me to replace the shocks. I dropped the truck with 2.5 in spindles a few months ago and the truck has excessive bounce. I didn't know if you could run regular shocks when you dropped the truck. I'd rather have a firm ride as we have lots of dips around here.

Re: What shocks are you running?

You can run a stock replacement or stock gas charged shock on the front lowered of not. I replace mine with Monroematic Plus which are gas charged stock replacement for $25 each and rides just fine with a 2.5in drop spindle and a 2in spring drop(4.5in total)

Re: What shocks are you running?

That is a pretty good price. I figured they would be more than that.

Re: What shocks are you running?

Anybody running Bilsteins? I notice they're about 80 per shock, but I put a set in my Camaro and they're amazing.
