how is the inner wheel arch on the bed attached?

How does the inner wheel well on the bed attach? Not the wheel tubs but the inner structure, i know it's bolted but i think it also has some spot welds. thanks

I could be wrong but I thought the only places there was any welds were a couple places that the bed floor meets the bedsides. I think they are spot welds at that too. Everything else pretty much just bolts together on these beds.

you don't have to remove the wheel tub. There is a couple welds where the rear post attaches to the floor. It will take some reefing to get it off as the caulking does a fair job holding it on by itself.

Oh, they are spot welded all along all the edges. You have to drill all the spot welds out and the new one must be welded back in.

yes, it is spot welded along the wheel lip and at a spot or two on the rear splash sheild.
