Header Clearance Issues
Working on my project and I've come across yet another issue. My Drivers side header has a small hole where it has come into contact with upper control arm grease fitting. The plan was to have the headers Jet hot ceramic coated. First any recommendations on correcting the clearance issue. 2nd will welding the hole effect the header.

I don't know what your budget is, but if it were me, I would put a different set of headers on it......

Honestly quick fix so u don't have to spend money just time if u have use of a torch. Mark spot to clearance add little heat hit with hammer. Cheap easy fix. Do it right then the headers can still look good and be coated.

Yup, off, maybe take a grease pen, or whatever you want to mark the area to be...modified, and then take it off...

while you're at it ,get whatever line that is on the left side of the first picture away from the headers
