me and my dad converted my great grandfathers old 67 c10 to 4 wheel drive. (used to be a c10 when my dad was driving it). almost completely done and was looking around at some decals and i found the transfer case decal that when on the roof of the cap. should i get it? not a big deal but im just wondering if you would put it in for looks.

You sure it goes on the roof of the cab? The ones I've seen like that have always been on the front of the glovebox door. If you're after a more factory stock look, I think the sticker is fine.

I just added a similar one for my jack. I think it cleans it up

I also added some to my engine bay

Do you know what that washer bottle came out of? That looks like it makes a clean install and gets the washer pump off of the wiper motor. Did you change the wiper motor also or just eliminate the pump feature?

OP, sorry i don't know where the stickers go.

It's out of an s10. It's a really easy install. You bypass the old pump, and wire this right to the same wiper switch. The wiper motor stays put. The motor is easy to replace if need be, and it holds a lot more fluid than the original. I typically like to try to stay stock as much as possible, but the GM washer motor on these trucks is an Achilles heel.

Re: would you put this decal in you truck?

The earlier trucks, without the shift pattern on the t-case shifter, would often have a sticker on the upper left corner of the glovebox door. Sometimes a locking hub sticker would be there to. Overhead on the windshield header is not as often seen but workable up there to the right of the rear view mirror. Depending on how correct your conversion is and if you used a t-221 t-case would be my deciding factor. If there is a pattern on the knob don't use a sticker. Hubs would be ok but don't double up on patterns.

Yes, and I did. May not be factory location, but I think it looks cool.
