going to paint the frame tommorrow and will need new u bolts to reassemble. would also like to replace rear end bolts as well. where is the best place to get them?

Mortormite P/N 13503 is for a pair. I think these are 3/8" though, not like our little 5/16' bolts. It would be a great upgrade safety wise, but you'll have to drill out the holes a little bit.
