Smile motor and trans mounts

I have a 1949 chevy frame with the front end boxed with the mustang 'll setup . I bought a 2wd drive 1999 suburban with a 5.7 with automatic transmission what the best setup for motor and trans mounts and I can't use original exhaust manifold because of clearance would like to use factory manifold was told that 76-77 monte carlo would fit thanks for any help.

Re: motor and trans mounts

this was discussed the other day. motor and trans mounts are easy to fab for cheap.

ogre's motor mounts $20 if you had to buy everything, welded to mustII xmember, you will still need to buy motor mounts

ogre's drop out trans mount, again $20 if you have to buy everything
braces the frame and cab supports well

most universal mounts require fitting and welding, save you money on the easy fab stuff.
same with c-notches, get some 10 ga flat plate and a harbor freight grinder w/ cut off wheel and go to it
