Love the story and all the pics. The one of your youngest is an absolute classic! Somewhat similar story here... My brother bought mine in Missouri in 1981 and drove it home to Connecticut. Finally convinced him to sell it to me about 9 years ago (it had been sitting in his garage for 20 years)...

Not much to report.....bustin A$$ on this garage project. Poor Henry spends most his time across town at the in-laws so he does not have to sit on the street.
Old garage   Gone  Demo  Prep  Ready to pour  The main slab is poured.....I just did not take a picture before I bolted to work.
