Wider Wheels
My son bought this 87 with some 10's with 275-60-15's and I had to have a plate put on the frame where the steering box mounts to the frame . Is this common when running wider tires and rims on these trucks?
I am fixing to scrap this blue truck for some parts for 2 other projects,NOT TRYING TO START A FOR SALE THREAD MODS, AND WONDERING IF WE WERE JINKSED with a truck with a bad frame to begin with. I'm wanting to take the rims from the blue truck and put them on the red truck. What is yall's opinion on this. And either put the red truck back like it is or paint it a solid color. |

Re: Wider Wheels
Imo the rallys are timeless where as the 10in aluminum wheels are dated.(90s). I would leave the rallys or get 20s.
