Unhappy lugnuts

I had a not so funny thing happen I put new heads on my truck and after the set up took it out for test ride and was going about 60 or so and front end started shaking then i seen shiney things coming out side of truck I stepped on brake hard and stopped when I got out and looked at front tires all the lug nuts on left side where gone I was close to my house but the strange part was I had checked all the nuts a few days ago and then torked them all it sort of seems maybe some one was messing with the truck or just a mess up I have had some one put dirt in my oil and lost one engine from that just wanted to see what you guys think may be some one messing with me agin

that stinks id report this to the police although id not expect much out of that this way if god forbid something else happens youre covered. I have a special place in my heart for anyone who messes with anothers vehicle. if you hadnt have realized what was wrong you could h ave been killed or somone who just happened to be near ya could have been killed by a flying tire ( ive seen them cave in the roofs of cars they hit) If ya find out who did it id put a serious ass whoopin in them.
