Im 99% sure that's an HD hood and grill. Which looks good on regular cabs, lots of people converting to HD front ends lately.

No.
That's the standard 2006-07 (classic) hood and grille.

It was the HD hood and grille in 2005,... and carried over to all the 1500/2500/3500's in 2006.
Ended with the 2007 classic model.
Totally different than all the '03-'04 hoods and the '05 1500 hood.
