Looking for info

I took the front driver side wheel and drum off of the K10 yesterday and found a completely different looking drum hardware than I expected. The truck is a 4x4 and not original. The frame numbers shows '61. I looked through all my manuals, but none looked like this. Does anyone have specification type data for this setup?

Additional info: The backing plate is Bendix, the hubs are Dualmatic, and the front diff is a Dana 44.
