Bell housing Bolt Size - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I am hoping this is a simple question, I have a 3858403 bell housing and the gremlins in my shop have hidden the bolts to bolt up the trans. Does anybody happen to know what size they are? I guess I could drag the bell housing in to the hardware store but I really would prefer not to.

3/8 x 16 x 1 1/4 long

Thanks but I do believe that is the size of the 6 bolts for the bell houing to the block. I am looking for the transmisison to the bell housing.

1/2-13 x 1.50 lg will work with most manual tranny including lockwashers
