Hood Bumper?
Does anyone know IF the factory holes in the hood (see picture) are for rubber bumpers? I bought a new hood bumper kit and it came with 2 rectangular bumpers for the rear of the hood and two round bumpers. The hood front corners have square front bumpers, so wonder if and when they changed?

Jake, My 61 only has the square front L/R and rear.
However the holes in my front center look like they may have had some thing circular attached, based on discoloration on the paint in that area . Nothing is there now.

My 66 only has rectangular bumpers on the outside corners of the hood.

Where did y'all get the bumper kits? Are they any good? I've purchased a few rubber replacement items from a popular place in Kansas, but I'm pretty unhappy with the quality....

I got the rubber from either LMC in Kansas or The Truck and Car shop in Cali.

My bumper came from LMC, I'm just a sucker for that breakdown-drawing way they have things.
