Parking light question for 67 chevy

On my 67 chevy truck, when the headlight switch is pulled out to the first notch the bed parking lights come on but the front ones don't. The turn signals work fine. i was wondering if it was supposed to do that. I though the front and rear parking lights were supposed to come on when the switch was pulled out once.

Re: Parking light question for 67 chevy

Not for 67. It changed in 68 for the parklamps to come on when the headlights were on.

The lights come on in the first position and go out in the headlights position.
67 was the last year. You can put a jumper on the HL switch to have both.

For your viewing pleasure.
