Does this include brackets, cylinder, proportioning valve? What condition? Got any pictures? If I could just bolt up to my 67 easily I am interested.

It is totally there. When it was taken off the truck the lines coming out of the proportioning valve were cut and bent together so it still has the fluid in it. It has slight surface rust. Not very much at all. Is your truck a 1/2 ton or 3/4 ton. I have access to both but the one I describes was the 1/2 ton.
