I am going to re-install my ac condenser. The previous owner took it off to install a compressor but never did was just wondering.... What, if any belts would i have to remove to install the belt fof the ac. Im thinking that i would need to remove the alternator belt any input would be helpful thanks! FYI I have a 71 c10

Re: help with ac

On my 71 with 350 V8, I have a 4-groove crank pulley. Front to back the grooves are power steering, un-used, AC, and alternator. So to remove or install the AC belt I would only have to remove the power steering belt.
