Under Hood Color question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Im at a point in my build where I need to make a quick decision.

All along Ive thought Id spray the under hood the same as the exterior. The exterior is going to be a red metallic pearl. Ive painted the inner fenders and the core support a medium grey metallic. Now Im having some second thoughts about under hood color----Would it look better in the metallic grey to match the inner fenders, Or the red pearl to match the exterior?

Either will work, Im curious what others think on this! (I would include pics-----but the red isnt sprayed yet!!)

Firewall, fender jambs and bottom of hood the red to match exterior and to contrast the gray
