BurnoutNova - I guess because I have never done body work before. The front bed wall is rusted out under the top curve and both side panels are creased at the tail light area. Not sure what shape the bed floor is in because it's covered in caked on grease and dirt...

In last couple of years (when I used to have beds in stock ) I had sold numerous 67-72 short fleet beds that need some work in the neighborhood of 700.00 to 1,000., the original "super clean" beds in factory paint I had no problems selling them in $1,300 range. Super clean tailgates go for big dollars too.
