Kirkland Classic Car Show, who's going?

Thanks to craigger007 for the idea, and bouncy for clueing me into the show in the first place, so who from the Seattle area wants to join in at the show and line up together? I've never done a car show, bouncy is there any advice, or just show up, park and enjoy?

Here is the link, for those interested. Reply to this post if you plan to go.

Jon

Re: Kirkland Classic Car Show, who's going?

I had my truck in the show last year and I've got a free entry this year. Let me check with my social director to see what we have planned that weekend.

Bring a chair and fluids. Be prepared to answer the same questions over and over all day long. If you have any cool accessories, bring 'em. Last year I had three models of orange blazers sitting on the dash.

I got there around 8am last year and got a good spot. I only had to tell one guy not to lean on my truck while he talked to someone on his cell phone. Good thing my truck isn't a trailer queen.

They do ask that you stay until after the awards (around 2-3pm).

Re: Kirkland Classic Car Show, who's going?

I emailed the Show Director to get some logistics, since pre-registration is closed. Here is his response:

"Pre-registration is closed but that is not a problem. All you have to do is come the morning of the show and pay there. If you want to park by your friend you will have to arrive at the same time. Parking starts around 6:30. There will be signs and club members to show where to enter and park.
Alan"

So, if any of you plan to go, reply to this thread and lets try to pick a time/place to meet up prior to rolling into the show!
