SPID Help
I'm hoping someone can help me out with some SPID codes. I need help with the fourth down on the left column (4P...) and the top right code. This is a 1969 C20 that doesn't have a lot of options. Also, the engine is the original V8. Anyone know the base engine for the '69 C20?

Re: SPID Help
250-6 is the base engine if your VIN is CS1 and it's a 307 if VIN is CE2. The important digits in the RPO codes are the letter and two numbers thay follow. I can only make out the "P",so the only codes I know of that would apply to this truck are the P13- Side mount spare tire carrier,P10- EQ Tire Carrier ,or P03- Chrome hubcaps. The side mount would be (or the holes) on the driver side ahead of the wheel house. It very well could have been the hubcaps since painted caps would have been standard

Re: SPID Help
Well here is my best guess based on the pictures in post #1.
Without knowing the assembly plant it is a little hard to nail down the exact verbage as it varied between plant and years. If you want more P/M for an email address to send me a better SPID picture and full VIN. Overall the truck is a basic work truck, C20 307/4 speed that the few options just make better. MODEL CE20934 4E81_ _ PICK-UP BOX FLOOR 4G60_ _ AUXILIARY SPRING EQ 4P13_ _ SIDE MOUNTED WHEEL 4Z53_ _ AMMETER-OIL GAUGE 4D29_ _ R/V MIRROR-JR-LH & 4G50_ _ H D REAR SPRING 4M20_ _ 4 SPEED TRANSMISSION 4Z52_ _ FULL FOAM SEAT 4544_ _ WHITE/RED

Re: SPID Help
You guys are the heat! Thanks for the help. The truck was built in Janesville and I'll have a post coming soon about how/why I acquired it. Repro SPID label coming in the future.
