I am trying to upload a pic of a part but cannot. Says file limit is 642 x0. How can limit be 0 on height

Here's what it says -image.jpg:
The Dimension limits for this filetype are 642 x 0. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 737 x 983. Is anyone else having this problem? Posted via Mobile Device |

yes for the last 2 days i have been trying to upload pictures and it says the same thing. i thought i was just being special.

I have mine resized to 640x480 and they are uploading fine now
