I have a brass temp sensor going into my intake, The PO had wrapped teflon tape on it before but I removed it. Should I use a little antiseize on the threads?

You shouldn't need anything on brass threads to seal or prevent corrosion. However, since it is in a water jacket, I would use some non-hardening teflon paste to gaurantee no leaks. I use it on all of my bolts that penetrate either a water jacket or oil gallery. You can get it at any auto parts store next to the silicon gasket sealers.

Your temp gauge may not work correctly if you put any sealant on it . It has to have a ground through the threads for the gauge to work.... I would put some on the bolt threads though.
