Unhappy 4L60E is acting up

Hey guys I've been tinkering with my transmission cooling lines on my 4L60E and the bolts(?) that were taken off before wont seem to fit! I've been messing around with it for the longest time. Are these none reusable? Also could you tell me which is the inlet and outlet? Thanks!

Re: 4L60E is acting up

On the passenger side of the transmission there are two holes for the Inlet and outlet for the trans cooler/radiator. I'm using the original piece that screws in over the factory pipe and it won't fit

Top is return, Bottom is supply.
The fittings are 1/4 STRAIGHT thread.
Russell and a few others make AN fittings for these.

Re: 4L60E is acting up

I'm not completely sure what you are needing. The factory fittings retain the lines with a spring clip.
Maybe the treads on your fittings are gubbered up a little.
