Just wondering

How many members on this board total? I was talking with my wife today and was trying to justify this board(the time I spend here) to her. I know you can run your mouse pointer over a members name and it shows at bottom of page what his/her member # is. But when I went to members list it only shows 45,818 or so members. Just curious.
Sorry for long post.

Re: Just wondering

Women love to forget how much time they spend doing things they enjoy, when it comes to a discussion about this type of thing. They seem to think time spent gossiping over phone and text with girlfriends, television shows, shopping, playing solitaire on their smartphone, etc somehow doesn't count? Lol.

Besides, guys with no hobbies might be more inclined to drink more or chase tail, right? Would she prefer that? I'm sure you could oblige, if she would prefer.

Maybe she just needs to feel more important. You could try to have a reserved date night or two a week, buy her some things she's been wanting, try to juggle things more.

Oh, another thing. Add up how much money you've saved in labor over just the past year doing your own labor, and remind her that the forum was instrumental in helping you through that

Re: Just wondering

she just made a comment, she is not mad or anything. I told her it was the BEST bulletin board on the net, and the most popular truck board.
