Heater shut off......
4 seasons heater shut off valve....good/bad...opinions...thank you..

My 62 had the standard recirculating heater and I found a difference in the summer with the aftermarket shut off valve under the hood. Never had an overheating issue though I did break the rubber motor mount and put the fan into the rad! lol

I have never used a 4 Seasons valve, but I plan to on my '64. I believe that a shut-off on our trucks is essential during the summer, especially on the factory A/C equipped models.
