Re: 68 Farm Truck Build
Really nice job. Paint is nice after cut/buff. What wheels are those? Was wondering what wheel/ tire size you had and backspace... Thanks

Re: 68 Farm Truck Build
Wheels are American racing hopster wheels. They are only 17" and the front fits well, but the rears are tucked in too far. I am thinking or going 20". Really like the wheels but would like them to fill the wheel wells better.
Bought the wheels as a set of rollers while I worked on its since I converted it from c20 to c10. I may just put some spacers on the backs for a while until I can find the perfect set of 20's. I need at least 1-1.5" spacer to push them out. Also need larger rear tires to fill the wheels wells. Total diameter is only 27" right now and would rather have 29-30" total diameter. Re: 68 Farm Truck Build
First road trip in the books. Now just have to finish all the little things here and there like trim pieces and emblems.

Planning for my first show in a couple weeks. Wenatchee apple blossom festival is may 3-4 and the classy classic parade and show will be the debut of this 3.5 year project.

Perfect exactly why I'm runnin they just look big with no body on it. The wheels look great with your two tone paint.

Re: 68 Farm Truck Build
got some pin striping done this weekend at Goodguys NW Nationals. metallic silver pin line to separate the black and red along with a little extra on the crown of the hood. amazing how the smallest details make the biggest differences. work was done by Michael Munoz of Bloody Knuckle Customs

Re: 68 Farm Truck Build
i would highly recommend Michael at bloody knuckle customs. great work and the attention to detail is second to none. incredible work.
i didnt want anything to big on the hood, just something to make it pop. the silver line around the truck gave it that "finished" look Posted via Mobile Device
