Transmission Shops San Diego?

Can anyone recommend a shop and or person in San Diego that can rebuild my TH 350 for me?

I don't know if you want to travel too far however, there used to be a business called Walt Bilt in Oceanside that was pretty good. Don't know if he is still around however, he does/did pretty good work. wasn't cheap however, his work was excellent.

I'll ask around. There is likely someone south that is just as good.

Summit Transmissions, El Cajon Blvd., La Mesa...Owners name is Jerry. Total straight shooter. Inspected/resealed mine about 25 years ago (prolly need to see him again!), and just a few months ago advised me about a problem on a foreign car that I wound up getting rid of. Very professional guy.
