oil coming out of breather.

I just got my old truck back and now when i bring it off Idle and get into the mid rpm range it forces oil out of the breather hole on the drivers valve cover.

The holley I have on the carb does not have a large PVC port on it so its not hooked up now. Is this causing the oil to come out? too much crank case preassure maybe. if so I can T is off were the power break fitting is right?

thanks.

Re: oil coming out of breather.

Tee it off to the manifold. You don't want to conprimise the brakes in any way

Re: oil coming out of breather.

ok thank you. can I use any port on the manifold that has a pipe plug in it? have one on both sides of the distributor but they are on intake runners so wasnt sure if they are for coolant sensors. IF not i will use the vacuum port that my trans vacuum is hooked to.
