Re: Oklahoma Farm Truck, best 67-72 ever
Farmtruck has been aboard a trailer or two also I've even spotted it on a trailer on the show. Don't get me wrong, I love Farmtruck. But all the people saying none of these cars but Farmtruck are street legal cars are wrong. You can youtube just about all the cars on the show and see them cruising. And Oklahoma cops don't have a problem pulling over loud racecars and checking to see if they are legal.

My point is, he obviously could go faster if he built a nova, camaro, s10, Vega or Corvette and only make it marginally streetable. He is the only one shown driving the behicle around on the street. Posted via Mobile Device |

Re: Oklahoma Farm Truck, best 67-72 ever
Ok, I have to jump in on this... I did some back roads racing back in the day and did not like when dudes showed up in $60-100k blown, injected and pro-streeted "street" cars - with tags on em and called them "street cars" ... lets see Murder Nova, the Monte, that pro-street S10 or any of the other cars on that list do a 100 mile road trip. Yes, there is a grip of cash in Farm Truck but, from what I can tell from the show and all the pics/videos I have seen, its the only "daily driver-esk" street car on that show. Farm truck could pass a cop without raising more than an eyebrow... cops in my town (where I did my street time) would pull a pro-street car over in a heartbeat at 9/10pm "cruising" back roads.
And you HAVE to respect the absolute madness of FARM TRUCK.
