which shock for 2" coil spring drop?
will stock length work? Are there better choices?

I have 1.25 coils cut with stock shocks. Probaly not the best setup but no issues I'm aware of.

been looking up measurements and part #'s......looks like stock shock is about 14.5-14.75" extendend.........the few so called drop shocks I found measured about 14.5-14.8" long extendend.........with the exception of the Mcgaughys that sit right at 13.5" extended for an advetised 0-4" drop.
are both ends of the shock 5/8" openings?

on my 86 they are openings on both sides but don't know size.
