TH 350 question
Hi can any one tell me what the elec switch on the right side of my th 350 is ?
one wire going to a plug two conectors in plug and on switch Im hoping its a backup light switch. Thanks Si |

I think that port, the switch is screwed into, is third gear oil and used for "transmission spark control"

Back up lights were operated by nuetral safety / back up light switch on the column.

It was a smog device, that controlled the vac advance somehow you don't need it.

Thanks , the wire broke off the switch and the internals of the switch turns seperate to the body.
But if I dont need it then thats cool Thanks again. |

TH350 has a kick down cable, TH400 was the electric kick down tranny

Might want to download the manuals and read up on your truck.
