custom cab gauge cluster question
Ok so i have a 1965 C10 step side. it was a baseline truck with no options other than reverse lights and passenger side visor( i ditched the reverse lights because they were ugly as hell!). I am making it in to a custom cab with factory A/C. My truck has idiot lights and i kinda like them. Would in idiot light cluster be correct for a custom cab or would i need to up grade to the cluster with gauges?

Re: custom cab gauge cluster question
Well, you already ditched the reverse lights. Original owner had added that and PS visor as options on this Base. Sounds like its been a Custom cab all its life. If ya prefer dash lights to gauges - go for it!!

Re: custom cab gauge cluster question
Most people upgraded to factory gauges when going to the custom cab, but it could be ordered w/warning lights and custom cab option. You could pretty much order these trucks with or without whatever the factory or dealer offered....just depended on how deep your pockets were.
