FNG in NC
Hey y'all. I've been wanting a C/10 for years..... started looking online the last few months, started actually looking at trucks the last few weeks and found the right one last weekend- a '70 Custom LWB. It's coming home tomorrow......
It was a local truck, I'll be the fourth caretaker, and up till me, its always lived within 12 miles from the original owner. I got the original bill of sale, the dealer PDI form, protect-o plate and owners manual. Pretty cool find. Truck is a 350 with the three speed. Original paint, original interior, only mod is HEI and dual exhaust. She needs a bunch of TLC but with a set of new tires should be immediately driveable while I tinker. Let the obsession begin! |

The tinkering is the fun part! Look forward to seeing it around town.

Re: FNG in NC
I agree.... I bought it so I would have something to work on. I've been doing the Harley thing for the last 10 yrs but other than cleaning it, I've done about everything I want to do to it.
Wrenching on something (when its going well anyway) is therapeutic! |

Re: FNG in NC
My dad had a 70 when I was a 6 year old kid. It was orange and white, always loved that truck.
Great find! |
