Triple helper springs?

What are the "triple helper springs"? I am not trying to be a smarta__ , or anything. Regular helpers are pretty common, I just have never seen a triple?

Thanks

Shipping extra also? How many coats of spray paint on the dash? Couldn't tell from the pic.
