That's a 230/250 engine. Yes a small block will bolt up to the bellhousing, and also to the motor mount brackets, just where they are. The starter and flywheel will work also. It looks like someone has changed the radiator to something that is not original. Consequently, you will not be able to use a stock fan shroud with that 350 engine, unless you change to an original size radiator and the side pieces to bolt the shroud to.

Thank you sir for the info, that will save me some money. If you don't mind me asking what is the tell tale sign that is different between the 235 and 230/250 that you could tell by looking at it. Thanks again.
