I think this is basically what you'll get.
Maybe an inch higher in the front. I didn't make any tire changes. But I suspect some rubba-rub-rub with that backspacing/tire size combo. Maybe not with only three up front.. I know this: I'd give my right n....er, arm, for those markers. And, the truck is great.

I wish it would sit that low but how. I don't see a 3.5 / 4 drop sitting that low.

You're probably right.
Here's mine (flipped to be same-sided as your pic) with 2-1/2" spindles and *2"* drop springs up front. And a six inch drop in the back (I'm 99% sure on that. But I didn't buy the springs so they MAY be 5"-'ers). Also, I'm running 20" wheels. Thats why I said you may be 1" taller in front. But it's always a guess. There's one way to make sure, of course.
