Ever Have One of Those Days?
Yesterday I was making a template for cutting under hood insulation when my razor knife dropped between the radiator and A/C condenser coil. What a tight fit. I thought I might have to remove the radiator to retrieve it. 20 minutes of fishing with a magnet and coat hanger finally did the job, so back to work with the template cutting. After a few minutes I noticed a small pool of water under the radiator. You guessed it. When the razor knife dropped, it hit the radiator and put a tiny hole in it. I had to abandon the insulation job and look for a shop that could repair the radiator. Four hours and $65.00 later I had the repaired radiator home just to find out, they stole my cap. Oh well, off to the parts store. I really hope today is a little more productive.

Re: Ever Have One of Those Days?
If you dropped that knife a thousand times it would probably puncture the radiator just once.

Re: Ever Have One of Those Days?
Hey, at least it did not puncture the condenser. See, it can always be worse. Thanks, Fred

Re: Ever Have One of Those Days?
No, no I have not. Everything I have ever worked on went perfectly smooth. I have never dropped anything, broken anything, screwed up anything, put something on the wrong way or upside down, never left something out of an assembly, and I have certainly never, EVER, cussed.
