Engine clean up

Had a little free time this weekend so I clean up El Cheepo's engine a bit here are some before and after picture...... some progress is better then none before

I think it's the Taylor wires that set it off! Nice work there! That is a pretty sick valve cover and air cleaner too. Where'd ya get 'em?

thanks , I got the Valvecover off of Geezer#99 the air cleaner off of ebay the hoses and fuel filter at a swap meet. The Taylor wiees ( good eye) were craigs list buys.
I have a finned oil filter and pcv cap on order too. I still have to install the lower hose too

And you need a chrome dipstick and tube.
That valve cover looks a lot better than when it was black!!

It's got some steel wool stuffed in it to filter out the in coming grunge!
