I may be wrong but i believe that a Rochester quadrajet was standard in 67. Prior to this was a Rochester 4gc. Sounds like yours is missing parts (?) if just the float is missing they are abailable and should be replaced when rebuilding anyway. A quadrajet should be easy to source. It depends on if the carb you have is original and if you want to retain it for numbers matching issues. If it is, you could probably find a donor carb for parts. If not concerned with that issue, any Sbc q jet from the early to mid 70's would work with little to no modifications.

Post a photo of the carb and give us the numbers on the left side running vertically toward the rear of the carb.

Probably a 4GC. I would buy an aftermarket aluminum or factory Qjet intake and a later Qjet. You will be way ahead moneywise as those 4GCs are getting harder to find parts for and do not offer the performance/mileage of a Quadrajet. With a 67 you will either have to find an early stock or aftermarket intake with the oil fill hole or go to later valve covers.

X2 aftermarket aluminum intake. Many of these allow a Q-jet [spread bore] or a Holley, AFB, Edlebrock performer, [square bore] carb. This gives you many options and the ability to change your mind and carbs as you wish. I understand not wanting to change manifolds but you really will be miles ahead in the long run. Nice looking 67 you have there! Have fun making this YOUR truck.

FYI, looks as if that will adapt a Holley or maybe an Edelbrock, but NOT a quadrajet. Just don't wish for you to collect ANOTHER non-fittable carb to your collection.

...and seems you are quite nice to have not bad-mouthed the p/o from whom you received a carb-shell--quite respectable of you!!!
