NP 203-205 T-Case Adapter....

Ok, so I have heard that you can stick the NP 203 planetaries toa NP205 then bolt all that to yer tranny, and have yerself a dual T-Case 4-by.... in the end it leaves you with a fairly bulletproof 6:1 crawl ratio....if this is the case, does anyone know where I can pick up an adapter, an for how much? and also, how much work is it to do suck a conversion?? I am building a new TH400 for my rig and I was gonna go with the NP205 cause Im tired of the 203 chain driven crap...and when I heard of the dual setup, I got excited, so any info would be much appreciated!!

I was going to suggest this be on the 4X4 board. Lot's of great knowledge over there.

Btw, welcome to the board from your neighbor in Medford Oregon

off road design does sell this kit you basically use the range box out of the 203 mated to a 205 for ultra low crawling. I recently picked up a twin stick 205 that i'm swapping in to replace my 203 and thought about doing a doubler but think i 'll try it out with just the 205 in moab first then decide. try coloradok5.com for more info alot of guys on there have done the swap
