Excellent score. I just got some 2001 Chrysler Sebring convertible seats with integral seat belts for about $60 at the pick and pull. I bought the console for the seats also (about $35, I think) and I may use that also, but I think just building a custom console out of plywood of MDF is a better choice, since the stock console won't quite fill up the space between the seats.
Also, a custom console would give your more room for what you want (12v power jack, ipod jack, stereo, and most importantly, all of the other stuff, flashlight, tools, notepads, spare fuses and light bulbs, etc.) Paint the console to match your interior color or use the 1970-1980s varnished wood motif.

I did build a wooden console for my 91 s10 and it turned out pretty good. Think that might be what I will do.
