They are nice, and will help your truck stand out a little bit. I like the old style grills, too, though.

Have you considered the GMC version? I think they look better (you might not...) and you hardly ever see them.

I am NOT a fan of "updating" front ends, but IF I were, I would use this style of front end. It is off a 91. IMO, the other grills with all the lights looks too busy and clunky I guess.

I like the Chevy front clips better than the GMCs. I say go for it, you'll stand out a bit more.

if it was a pre 80 with the round headlights i would say no, but since it not i say if you like it then go for. I converted my 84 to 91 style grille and i love it. I think it gives the appearance of a wider stance and your front end doesn't seem as tall.

All depends on the truck, and of course you! I'm not a fan of your current factory setup, so I say go for it. I like the old school rounded headlights, I'd say no on those.
