I still haven't picked the truck up yet and will post pics as soon as I get it on Sunday or Monday.

I have found a dash cluster with a tach and a vacuum gauge. Again, being the non-mechanic, will the tach and vacuum gauge work on my truck? Will I need anything other than the replacement dash cluster?

I keep finding things I want to buy for the truck.

The tachometer uses a separate wiring harness. They are readily available from many vendors. The vac. Gauge is mechanical and will need to be plumbed to a source on the intake manifold via a hard line, as a rubber line will collapse under vacuum.

If you had a gauge cluster to start with you'll have to add the vacuum lin and the tach harness and just plug it into the harness. If you had a three gauge cluster with the idiot lights then you'll have to change the wiring around in the plug plus add the wires for the battery gauge.
