I'd say it's only worth $100-$150 for a standard 10 bolt.

G80 on his RPO glove box would be the limited slip option but honestly, I'd probably steer away from a LS anyways (in a 10 bolt).

GT4 (3.73)
GT5 (4.10)

The only way he should get $325 is if all of the following are done:

New shoes
New or freshly turned rotors
New axle bearings
New axle seals
Gears tight enough that the backlash is OK (not too much wear)

Heck, I have a 10 bolt 3.73 axle with all the above done already and the most I could ever get would be $150 around here.
