250 Inline 6 carb options

Trying to decide between Holley 390cfm, Edelbrock 500cfm. Which would you use and why? Currently leaning towards the Edelbrock.

Stock motor, Offy intake, Langdon Cast Iron Headers, HEI.

390. No question. Has small primaries to get good mpg and driveability.

Clifford stuff is great they have been dedicated to chevy inlines forever. Just a little more pricy. And for the other post it was easy to install the thing that gave me the trouble was the linkage the carb sits at 90 degrees so its tough. The Clifford intake is good because it turns the carb forward like the v8. The only offenhauser intake flaw is that the carb sits sideways
