You are going to need adapters 5x5 to 5x4.75 to run them anyway. IMHO, I would run a 275/315 combo. You might want to call Tobin@ Kore3 for brake options, he might have a system for the front that will switch the front to 5x4.75 bolt pattern instead of 5x5. Good luck, sounds like its going to be a cool truck.
