The easiest way is to change the doors. That is the way most guys used to do it.
To swap windows you will have to cut out the little piece of metal that runs across under where the wing window is.   Then you will have to find the piece that holds the felt window channel at the front of the door. you can see it in this photo:  Those are hard to find as I don't know of anyone making them. You will also need the felt channel that goes around the window and if you want to run the metal piece around the glass like original you need it. The piece on the bottom of the glass is also different along with something being different in the window regulator.

Check out www.classictruckglass.com. They have a one piece kit (you will still need regulators) and are really nice people to work with. Their website doesn't list the one piece for the 51-54 but the have them. I ordered one for my 50 with 52 doors.
