What Years 6-Lug Rims for Spare?

I'm taking a trip to southern VA and want a spare tire for the long haul. The truck is a 1964 2WD with drum brakes and 6-lugs. Up to what year GM rims will fit or should I not worry because it's 2WD and drums? Will I be fine if I score a Toyota 6-lug?

Thanks Woogeroo, the FAQ is fantastic. I found my answers in bits and pieces, but can't say they're 100% correct. If anything does or doesn't look right, chime in:
• 6 x 5-1/2" bolt pattern
• Rim set back should be 3.5" or less
• Center hole should be 3.5"

My faded memory recalls something about the number of rim dimples varies between drum vs. disc, but it has more to do with clearance on disc brakes. Anything that can added is appreciated.
